Who are you?

We’re an entrepreneurial Sydney based team with a mission to create great products that are inspired by our Australian city to coast heritage and active lifestyles. Products that would work across different environments from land to water, day to night, work to play and back again.

Tell me more about your watches?

Our watches are designed here in Sydney, Australia. We work with partners in Asia to have them assembled and manufactured. We’ve created them with modern design, technology and materials in mind. Our colour ranges are equally at work and at play and inspired by where we live.

When do I receive my watches?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days from when the order was placed. Please allow 2-3 business days to receive your shipping confirmation and tracking information. 

All deliveries are sent via couriers, so depending on your location in Australia please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be received. There can be occasional courier delays in which you will be notified via email or sms. If you are not around to receive your parcel, our couriers will leave further instructions or next steps.

What are the warranties for the watches?

Our watches come with a limited one-year warranty from the date of receipt. Please click here for more details.

How much is shipping?

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $150. Express shipping for $10 and flat international shipping for $15.

What if I have a change of mind?

We like to keep things simple and easy, and we know we can change our minds, or sometimes the product isn’t what you thought it would be. We understand as we’re online shoppers and customers as well.

When requesting an exchange or refund please email us at team@mountainactive.com a photo of the product and include your order number. Please allow us up to 2 business days for our team to review your photo before issuing you with a refund and requesting you to send the product to our head office.

To receive an exchange or refund your items must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Be unworn and returned in the original condition.
  • Have all tags and plastic stickers attached. 
  • Include the original packaging.

Returns will be issued with an exchange or refund for the value of the item being returned. Unless the product came damaged, you’ll be responsible for the returns shipping charges.

Can I see and touch the watches?

We are an online retailer so we don’t have a physical showroom. But check out our Instagram (@mountainactiveco) of the watches and sign up to our newsletter, we’ll have events where our watches will be on show!

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we do. Just make sure you change the time on the watch to where you live and please send us a photo of where you’re from and what active lifestyle you lead. We would love to see our watches in 50 cities by end of the year.
